WEDDING RECEPTIONS:
We know that a wedding
reception lasts longer than "4 hours" from the moment that
your first guests arrive until the time your hall says that the
evening is over! We also understand that planning a wedding can be
costly. That is why we provide a flat rate without any hidden costs
to you.
OUR RATE INCLUDES:
From the scheduled start of Cocktails we provide up to 1 hour of music as a courtesy. The cocktail area must be in the same room
as your reception to apply. Additional charges may apply if your cocktails are taking place in another location or last longer than one hour.
From the scheduled start of Dinner we
then provide up to 5 hours of music and dancing.
Our DJ's will provide music for a combined total of up to 6 hours.
A wireless microphone for
all of your traditional events.
Our D.J.'s will act as
Master of Ceremonies for your evening.
Coordination with your
other wedding professionals.
WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR:
Consultations
Travel (up to 1 hour)
Set-up Time
Cocktail Music (Same room as Reception)
Wedding Reception Planning
& Coordination
We provide you with a
complete, personalized service! Our rates for a wedding range
from $695 - $895 depending on the DJ that you select. We require a $195 retainer to reserve your date. The retainer
is deducted from the total and the balance is not due until the day of your wedding. Once you take
an agreement we hold your date for up to two weeks in order to allow you to make an informed
decision.
If your reception lasts
longer than five hours from the scheduled start of dinner, and your hall manager
allows it, you have the option to ask your D.J. to stay longer. We
charge $50 per additional half hour. This decision must be made at least 30 minutes before
the original end time.
If your ceremony and reception are taking place at the same location, we can also provide music for your ceremony. Our rates for ceremony music range from $125 for same room set up as the reception or $195 for ceremonies or cocktails that are held in a different room or for outside ceremonies. This package gives you 1 hour of music. We require a $50 retainer to reserve your date.
